Nine people, 24 hours—one thread connects
them all. This provocative film exposes the intimate relations and
dirty secrets of people whose lives intersect—emotionally,
sexually, dangerously—over the course of one day. It begins
with Ronnie, who waxes on about his love affairs, past and present,
including his new online life as “HOTPOZDAD.” His latest
fling, introspective drug dealer Mikey, has an encounter with a
sexy hustler, Bo, who is trying to provide for his mentally challenged
younger brother. A triad between Daniel, a television producer,
Corey, his hunky boyfriend, and their pool boy, Carlos, threatens
to go completely out of control, while Lisa gets a shocking explanation
for her husband’s perpetual lateness. NINE LIVES will grab
you with its graphic sexuality and heartfelt performances. The film’s
talented cast includes Dennis Christopher (the fresh-faced lead
from 1979’s BREAKING AWAY) and Debra Wilson (“Mad TV”).
