Director Sascha Rice makes her feature debut with
MANGO KISS, an energetic, refreshingly original romantic comedy
based on the stage play “Bermuda Triangles: The Non-Monogamy
Experiment.” Heading up the visually stunning cast are fearless
femme Sassafras (Daniele Ferraro) and shy butch Lou (Michelle Wolff),
who move to San Francisco together and become lovers in their self-proclaimed
experimental open relationship. They agree on some very specific
rules for dating other people, which they both proceed to happily
partake in. Rules, however, are subject to interpretation, and when
everyone meets at the same birthday party, sexual tension explodes,
tempers flare, and tears are shed before bedtime. With an award-winning
musical score composed by Matthew Ferraro, MANGO KISS serves up
a frolicking good time with its look into the erotic energy of early
1990s San Francisco.
